Specification
Heat Pump: Our 'A' rated tumble dryer uses heat pump technology, which works like a refrigerator in reverse, to achieve this unprecedented energy efficiency. The energy consumption is so low, it actually exceeds the requirements for an 'A' energy rating by 40%. So you get all the benefits of tumble drying at a much lower running cost.
ProTex drum: With this patterned drum, your clothes benefit from the most efficient airflow and have room to stretch out for less tangling and creasing.
Delay Start: Delay start option ensures your laundry is ready exactly when required and helps to reduce creasing and musty odours.
Sensor dryer: Sensor drying gives you exceptional drying results and total control. Simply choose the required level of dryness on the rotary control, from 'iron dry' for slightly damp clothes to 'extra dry' for ready-to-wear results. The machine will then sense when the clothes are dried to the level specified.
Cotton programmes: Includes cottons - cupboard dry, cottons - extra dry, and cottons - iron dry
Synthetics programmes: Includes synthetics - cupboard dry, synthetics - extra dry, and synthetics - iron dry
Easy iron programme: The easy iron programme reduces ironing time by up to 50% through actively reducing creases in fabric caused throughout the wash and spin cycle.
Reverse tumble action: Automatic reversible tumble action for even crease-free drying of the laundry.

Oooh, this is getting close to my biting point. Was originally thinking to pay around £400 for an LG or Samsung Heat Pump dryer as they had a 5 year parts and labour warranty. If this was less than £300 I would have to give in and just hope it would last a couple of years longer than the original AEG warranty

I got this for £276 on Monday, tried to post a deal but it got audited and by that time the voucher ran out. Arrived today so quite quick delivery

Really great price for those few who get the perks at work discount but sadly I am in the majority that don’t .

Just sign up with any email. I have access from a personal email

You guys do realise the 5% off code isn't actually discounting, just saying its applied. Price is £276 with or without 5% code.
It's a great dryer by the way, bought mine last year...this is a great saving. (edited)

    Heat added. Great price.

Had just placed an order on Amazon, earlier today, for this appliance. Was hoping to cancel, but AEG, don't deliver to Northern Ireland
    lutin's avatar
Ah man, didn't realise AEG don't deliver to NI.

Is anyone using this in a unheated garage by any chance, that's the only thing keeping my condenser model ☹️
    FrostyGlovez's avatar
Seen loads of people using these in garages and sheds in bottoms of gardens. Takes slightly longer to dry the clothes but they say its more effecient to do 2 loads one after the other if using it there as the heat has generated. That’s what ive ordered mine for.

You can also get the same discount if you are a member of Discounts for Carers.

Another way to get this would be via NatWest credit/debit card offers via the app.

The promo code RGAPR20 still works on this alongside EXTRA5 to bring the cost down to £276 if you have P@W access!

2 year warranty not great at full price. Should be 5 years really. Are they that cheap to run. Have a dryer with big hose that goes outside that loves electric. (edited)
    Dusty666's avatar
We have a Samsung A+++ and it's about half the cost of a normal dryer per load, however does take about 2 hours per load. We would not be without one. I would think this would be a similar cost per load. At this price I would definitely buy if needed, it will pay for itself within a couple of years. Knowing how much ours is on probably pay for itself in a year. During the winter months hours is on about 4 hours a day. 2 Loads.

Ummed and ahhh'd. Added to basket.
Waited a bit for my usual indecisiveness to kick in.
    Ordered. Heat added.
    Cheers OP 🤝

heat added this is a bargain. I paid £395 for mine and I thought it was a good deal. Having said that it was during autumn. I guess you use it a lot less at this time of year (edited)

  36. Rico007's avatar
Anyone knows if you can order more than one please
    mgk's avatar
Yes you can (at least you can add to basket)
  37. JamieJH's avatar
How do you get a p@w login? I can't create one.
  38. UKBFG's avatar
Lower room temperatures, will be less efficient, but should work and be better than non heat pump ones as long as it's within it's specified operating range.
    ahotukdeal's avatar
So it could theoretically make a cooler home colder but sucking warmth from it to use inside the dryer... and then you need to whack on the heating to warm the place back up in the winter?
  39. kruzo's avatar
Great deal but can't see AEG on Perks at Work? Am I doing something wrong? Tried with 2 different logins from 2 different companies
    mgk's avatar
Think U must be...just search AEG in the search bar
  40. Codezero's avatar
    Sadly P@W won’t recognise my employee ID…;(
    FrostyGlovez's avatar
It is possible to make it up, other people have commented, dont give up at this price!
