These have held price quite solid, paid £55.99 back in '21.

I like them, great sound (but I've never been a major headphone person to compare with top level). I've never had nay issues, used them for the plane flights, gym and now days (since not going to a gym for 3 months) mainly when doing DIY; especially Sanding, SDS drilling, petrol tools out doors etc as it takes the edge away from the noise and I look slightly-less of a wuss than using my ear protectors

Don't get the hype on these at all. Got some and they sounded awful, sent back straight away.

You may have received a dud. When you say it sounded awful, may I ask in comparison to what?

I own a pair of the Q20+ (purchased over 2 years ago) and never experienced anything like cracking or damage. They still look and feel fine to me.
Did you try contacting Anker about it? They're normally fairly good with doing repairs or replacements if something is damaged and it's not user error(or at least not obviously user error).

Great sounding headphones for the money, aside from the fact that the plastic does seem very brittle, both sides of mine have been repaired as the case splits just above where the ear cup meets the band. Happened within 3 weeks of ownership and light usage - was unable to send them back as it first happened when on a flight out of the country else they would have been sent back immeadiately

Been using these for a while now, just over a year of heavy usage and it's still going strong. Significantly better sound quality compared to Bose NC700 (the Bose wins in noise cancellation though).

I've had a few faults mainly with the earcup fabric (it really should be replaceable) but Amazon takes care of the 2 year warranty so I've always got a refund from them.

Had these over 2 years now, no issues. Fabric on the ear cups is only just starting to crack.

Bought the q20i's for the other half for a 10hour plane journey and very pleased with them. A thumbs up to the soundcore range for budget noise cancelling cans.

I've got these. Only slight issue I had was on a long bus journey when my right ear started feeling discomfort.

Could be my ear. Could be the headphones. Not sure which.

Mine unfortunately fell victim to the bottom of headband snapping on one side today... but I bought them February 2022, so 2 years 1 month isn't bad!
A little annoying but nothing some superglue can't fix. (edited)
