Do these require the hub, or can work without?

Has anyone ever used the referral offer? I'm surprised it's never mentioned here. On the 22nd of each month your can get an £80 Amazon voucher if the person you referred spends £200.

I used it a couple of years ago to buy a couple of floodlights. Everything went through perfectly without fuss

Seems like a brilliant deal, are these any good?

I already have the dual doorbell and the homebase 3, which I'm really happy with, I'm looking for some added security around the rest of my property.

Go for it. Battery however may last less than advertised

After reading the above, I have the door bell and wonder exactly what they do have access to, you give the app permission to files mic and camera, and as we all know, that part of world are not always the most trustworthy when it comes to data protection... Hence why tic tk was banned.(Always on mics can be tapped into at any time by Google and face book, and transcribe software is probably actually writing files of every conversation you ever have at anytime, bank security can tell who you are just by saying one phrase. So you could argue that if a company/government wanted to, they could basically know everything thing you say with anyone at anytime, even if you don't have your own phone, someone else's could pick you up and identify you. Biometrics record your every movement when in heavily populated main cities...Im definitely not sure if I trust my eufy app and device, but I just wonder legitimately if the other big players are even any better... I think we need to accept the fact that if people want to know what you're up to then they can. And for every company that is caught there are another 50 getting away with it... So take it with a pinch of salt and hope the authorities use it responsibly and to do actual good... one things for sure though it's a scary old world... Put me back 50 years any day, simpler times!!
