    I have actually 6 mattress from them. 2 single , 1 double , one citbed mattress to me, 1 to my sister, and one at my parents. All of them are excellent quality . I have had done issues with one of the mattress and they were helpful .

    just return rem-fit that was ordered in december, got hot and very sweaty. anybody can advise this will be a good replacement to try?

    Have Eve and Simba premium hybrids and neither get hot at all on par with springs. Eve is way too firm and aggravates my lower back pain. Simba is a lot softer but somehow heals the back so must support in the right way.

    I have a refurb king size which I bought 7 years ago and it’s as good as new but you have to stand it on its side for a couple of hours once every 3-4 weeks and rotate it which will allow it to go back to its proper shape.

    Had a lighter hybrid mattress from these which was great comfort wise, not due to comfort we decided to return this under the trial terms and it was a faultless experience. Great to deal with. This was after the takeover.

    By mistake ordered wrong size , instead of Uk double ,i ordered small double . Since yesterday I had been trying to contact them and no communication what so ever . No email or phone number only chat bot which says wait for reply and not sure when it will be.

    This is to replace the Simba mattress deal that was posted a few years ago on here. Just can't get on with it's buldge in the middle! I shouldn't call the Mrs that 😁

    My Emma mattress is exactly the same. Two dips on the sides where we sleep and a big bulge in the middle. Maybe it's a common thing for memory foam mattresses.

    I think for our next mattress we'll get a hybrid so it has springs as well as foam. (edited)

    Don't buy. Since Benson's bought them, mattress quality and cs worse. My king size hybrid not as good as my last one and the mattress size is a touch smaller than the last one. Wish I'd bought something else.
