Vodafone is offering 1 year of Norton 360 Premium for free (as a trial) for all existing Vodafone Pro Broadband customers.

This product can be used on up to 10 devices (Windows, macOS, Android and iOS).

NOTES:
  • You must be an existing Vodafone Pro Broadband customer
  • You will need your Vodafone order number to redeem (which can be found in your order confirmation email)
  • Vodafone used to offer F-Secure, but have switched providers to Norton and this offer is only redeemable until 31st May 2023.
  • Norton requires you to provide billing details when signing up for the 1 year free trial and will auto renew at £47.49 for the first year after the trial and then at £94.99 for any subsequent years.
Norton say they will send a reminder 35 days before the end of the 1 year trial where you can opt-out of the auto renewal, but better be safe and set your own reminder, too!

Having Norton on your PC just like having a virus. Constant pop ups, ads, slows your PC down, doesn't work properly. Wouldn't install this if they gave me money for it.

You’ve obviously not tried it in recent years.. doesn’t slow your computer down, works just fine and no constant pop ups

Excellent for free. Great software - not like the old days of Norton when it used to be memory hungry

Was it ever Norton? Symantec defined “Bloatware” in the early 90s, with their acquisition of Norton!

Save yourself the hassle. Just use Windows defender, and don't be silly on the puter!

Since I stopped using anti virus, I never have anymore "Virus" in my laptop.
I have also stopped visiting funny sites, stopped all pop up, installed ads blockers. My laptop is much much clean and run faster!

How do you know if you have a virus without any AV?

I’m eligible for this, I’ll keep using Windows Defender…

I can't think why I'd want to install Norton rather than use a free solution. Might be free now but then you have all the hassle to remove it.

In the old days it would allow a machine down like you wouldn't believe and getting all traces of it off a system was like removing the proverbial from a blanket.

    No thank you.

Windows defender is fine if you have common sense.
If you don't then youre probably better buying one, I like ESET

You have to pay me some good money to use it.
it is basically malware, that prevents other viruses an such entering your PC :).

Used for several months including Norton VPN.

Overall it was a pain and I removed it.

Constant issues with VPN and persistent hassle with upgrade and add on offers.

    Even worse than AVG imo.

I just use malwarebytes supplied by NatWest, had no issues, did pay for Norton couple years back, promotional 1 year price, I didn't have it installed long..

The software slows nothing down, barely uses any resources.

The average user will need nothing more than Microsoft Defender these days included for free with the OS.

Failing that there are plenty of good free AVs out that you don’t need to hand over any payment details.

Awful software. Better software can be found that uses a tenth of the system resource

You can’t tell product is bad when a company have to sponsor an ad to give away their product for free

Which app is this? I have pro gigafast so wanted to check if it was available to me. The rewards tab in "My Vodafone" only ever says "We're working on some recommendations for you" for me
