sorted byFor what it’s worth we’ve recently bought the HL4 - granted, it’s ’anti twist’ and ‘pet’ version but with identical wattage - looks a very similar build to this model and has been really efficient, what with the other half’s tough long hairs and the dogs hairs. Had it about a month and it lifts all and sundry, upright or with the nozzle thing.
The only complaint really is the weird squeaks that emit from the wheels if it’s used in anything but a very straight line, forwards or backwards.
We paid just over £100 more (new - John Lewis) for that one!
