I have this and think i paid a similar price. It's OK. An improvement on most built-in flat screen speakers, but not amazing. Would have been better if the 3.5mm audio input was on the back instead of the side where the cable is visible. Not a problem if you just use Bluetooth or optical. I find it takes two or three goes with the remote to turn it on and couldn't find a code to get it to turn on and off with the Amazon fire stick remote. But at £16 you can't really complain. Heat added.

Just received, terrible hissing from the speaker and keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting via bluetooth

Sounds like you have a faulty unit, I would ask for an exchange or a refund if I were you.

I wouldn't bother with this as most modern TV's have 20w speakers which are by far better than this so called 50w output.

Wattage tells you nothing apart from what your energy bill might be. Sound pressure levels and degree of distortion and noise are some of the most important things you need to know about. But they never do tell you that, because consumers just go on wattage, wattage and wattage. Totally meaningless. (edited)

I bought one of these last time they were in stock, it was unmarked and looked like new, it is ideal for smaller TVs and gives a vastly improved sound. The same soundbar is £37.00 on Amazon.

I got 2 in a previous deal on here, linked them both to the bluetooth on my 70 inch tv. Great for film nights

Thinking of buying this for my sister, also two of them to run via Bluetooth only. Key question if you don't mind answering - does this have any noticeable delay in lip sync /speech for movies? It'll be mostly for film viewing as opposed to music (where delays do not matter obviously). Thanks in advance.

A few people are saying this is not very good and to get a soundbar with a sub woofer. I totally agree that one with a sub woofer would sound better, but this is £15.99!

I have a 5.1 soundbar with separate sub woofer and rear speakers in my living room, it sounds amazing but it cost £600 several years ago. I have this one in my kitchen on a 24" tv and the sound is way better than the built in speakers, plus it has a Bluetooth connection for listening to podcasts etc.

This soundbar gets an overall score of 4.2 on Amazon at £38 and in my opinion it is well worth the money.

These are actually pretty good. Gives fairly clear dialogue and loud enough for music in a bedroom. Recently broke the aux socket on mine when it fell from the height of my pc/TV station. So be careful they don't fall.

Unless you have no neighbours or really good soundproofing, how many of us can even use our audio producing devices at anywhere near full capacity?. These little things are adequate for many people.

Can you find any sounbars with HDMI ARC for less than £16 delivered?

So is it saying you can connect via one of the options? Either Bluetooth, RCA or Aux? Or does it have to connect with all 3 to work?

You can connect via any of the options, including optical, Bluetooth or aux. If you connect more than one thing to the sound bar you can switch between them.

Can't say it is much improvement over Alexa Echo Dot 3s built in speaker it was supposed to complement.
Probably even worse. Is it expected ?

Some hissing, no bass. Apart from rock and jazz filters on the remote nothing can be done about it ? (edited)
