    You're within their 30 days. Order a new one, if it turns up in acceptable condition, return the old one. Don't mix, they'll know from the IMEI.

    I just set up the one I bought from 4gadget for £480. Now ordered this as it's 512gb 12gb RAM for only £50 more. Will compare condition and battery cycles and return the 4gadget one if I'm happy with the one from Giffgaff

    Not an easy comparison. Pixel 8 Pro is newer, has 7 years support, has better camera and it is 'smarter' than Samsung. On the other hand the CPU is slower and it won't last 7 years just for the OS increasing requirements. Storage is also worse (512GB on Samsung for £529 is unbeatable). Personally, I am fan of Pixel but in this case I would turn to Samsung.

    I would also be worried incase I get one that's had a non genuine display screen fitted at some point in its life. Eg previous owner had it replaced at a backstreet phone repair store

    Can anyone offer an opinion on what this is like compared to the honor 90? I've got the honor 90 the other day and having issues connecting out of WiFi already so may consider a different brand. Thanks

    This is a better device to Honor 90. The condition in which the phone would arrive is a pot luck. Returns are easy and straight forward if you are not happy

    Got mine today , and it's awful condition,
    The screen is chipped,
    Loads scratches everywhere, the surrounded metal case is all scuffed with tiny dent holes on it,
    The speakers full of dust,
    It's really really bad,
