sorted byAlso I wouldn't buy anything direct from the Samsung store since having to deal with them on warranty for a brand new SSD (they wouldn't accept a return for refund within the 14 day period, which is illegal
Then over a month wait for an RMA - TWICE. After they sent me back the defective drive saying "durr yeah it works" - with dozens of emails back and forth to their 'support' having to prove that the drive was defective because they didn't actually do any testing. Hours wasted.
Any other retailer would have accepted the return for refund. Dealing with amazon would have taken 2 seconds in comparison. Never again (edited)
Got to say that i had normal vacuum that i bought for 100 pounds. Samsung took that old vacuum and gave me 70 pounds discount.
The samsung vacuum is so much better that it filled the deposit 3 times when i vacuum all my 2bedroom flat...i was shocked. I vacuum twice a week and had all that dust on the carpets....
Anyway the battery i am a bit dissapointed as it give less than 10 min on maximum and slightly more than 20 min on medium.
But i always heard people complaining over battery on dyson and shark.
So....for this price I am happy with my purchase tbh.
Just pitty that a second battery costs 150 pounds...crazy
Noticed the Jet 95 pro is £7 more. Anyone know whether pro or complete is better?
Can't see any huge differences except the pro comes with spray spinning sweeper while the complete comes with slim LED brush.
