Key Features

Samsung RB34C632EWW White Series 6 Fridge Freezer with SpaceMax™

SpaceMax™ Technology
Now you can get the best of both worlds with SpaceMax™. Thinner walls mean more space for food storage on the inside, while the outside size stays the same. All without compromising on performance. You really can get the best of both worlds.

SmartThings AI Energy Mode
Monitor and proactively save energy. AI Energy Mode* analyses your refrigerator usage patterns and estimates power consumption, based on AI technology. If the estimated electric bill exceeds your preset target, it recommends you to activate the saving mode to reduce energy use.

No Frost
Wouldn't finding the ice cream be that bit easier with a frost free fridge freezer? The Total No Frost feature maintains an even temperature, preventing ice build-up, saving you the time and hassle of defrosting.

All-Around Cooling
Never lose your cool with All-Around Cooling. It does what it says on the tin – moving cool air around the fridge to keep food fresh, with a constant temperature. So everything from chickens to cucumbers will be evenly chilled. Every item stays ideally cooled no matter where it’s stored in the fridge.

Wine Shelf
The specially designed wine shelf keeps your favourite tipple nice and chilled. And the extra wide wine rack means it’s perfect for those slightly larger champagne bottles—so you’re always ready for a toast. But if that’s not to your taste, the new, flatter design is ideal for storing wide items, like pizzas, that can be difficult to place. It’s a multifunctional wonder.

Water Tank Guard
The slim and streamlined water tank means there’s more storage space in the door. So you can free up your shelves and cut the amount of time spent rummaging for your spreads. The water tank’s flat top has even been transformed into a shelf so you can use the space to store pots and jars. It’s perfect for frequently used butter and jams, or for easy access snack storage. Just grab, go and enjoy.

Power Cool / Power Freeze
No more worrying about your frozen favourites defrosting on the way home from the shops. Power Freeze rapidly lowers the temperature of the freezer once you've stocked up. Power Cool tops up the fridge with some cool air keeping your new food fresh.

Seamless & Sleek Design
Inside and out, it’s a sophisticated addition to any kitchen. The flat doors and recessed handle keep things sleek. And the streamlined water dispenser* adds a little chic. Plus, the interior features a hidden display for easy control, and an extra-wide wine shelf**. It ticks all the right boxes.

Big Door Bin
Fridge storage fills up fast, but fear no more. The Big Door Bin is wider and deeper than your regular fridge door shelf and can house bottles and cartons up to 4 pints in size. So, there’s plenty of space on the fridge shelves for everything else, meaning no more rummaging for your favourite drinks. Plus, with the bonus space, you can stock up a little more, so you'll always have a cold one handy.

I have had 2 Samsung fridge freezers recently. 1st one the light went. Just out of the year warranty £250 to repair. £100 call out and it needed new a led unit soldered in at £150. Then it started to gush water. It was lockdown and I couldn't go look at appliances so I bought the same one again as it fitted the space. It arrived with a broken wheel. Just out of the 2 year warranty and it put itself into vacation mode when it felt like it ruining my food about 5 times before I had enough. Samsung service were useless. The repair was nearly as much as a new Fridge freezer. Needed new control and display unit. I have now bought LG. The fridge was well built and when it worked it was nice. To many issues and I will not trust Samsung again. It was very noisey. Like it shook the downstairs of my house sometimes. It also got hot on the sides. LG is slightly more basic not as nice interior but whisper quiet and no trouble so far. (edited)

I would never buy Samsung again, personally either. At least not directly from the company. The delivery company they use is abysmal. Arrived damaged first time, took forever to collect, after I requested a refund - they wasted my time for close to a month, decided to redeliver when I didn’t agree to replacement on a day I wasn’t even at home, then took another month to issue a refund. Notably the metal was paper thin and just from trying to move the fridge into place it was getting dented.

All my home appliances are LG now and I’m content with them, especially the outstanding energy efficiency. It does occasionally make a noise but for 99% of the time - it’s silent.

GBB72MCVBN the model, I purchased - albeit entirely different price range from this Samsung.

I got this fridge a year ago and it's awesome, although it was £450 when I bought it. This fridge is massive inside, it's quite deceiving how big it actually is compared to my old one which had thick walls. the fact the bottom freezer section never freezes over is also a great feature.

mega freeze , we got this from the closing down sale at the Sheffield branch. The fridge is much wider than the standard run of the mill stuff so may need to keep this in mind. We had to swap appliances around ( well the delivery guys ) on delivery. The fridge was about 4 inches wider than the indeset which would not fit in the pre sized kitchen fridge space. (edited)

Looking at the specs, it should fit into a standard 600mm wide appliance space (same width as most washers, dryers and dishwashers)

Energy E - is that common on fridge freezers?  The spec doesn't state cubic area?

I was looking at this but many reviews complain about being noisy. May not be important for some. Anyway, in the end we bought series 7 model (d rating, quieter) for £465 from mark’s. (edited)

Apparently vinyl wrapping fridges is a thing.

No idea of going rate but I'm going to say bargain

Be extra careful with the freezer drawers if they are anything like the ones on our Samsung fridge freezer. In the region of £50-60 to replace, they seemed pretty sturdy, but when the first one went it became obvious there is a significant weakness in how the front is attached to the drawer. Couldn't fault it otherwise, but Samsung replacement parts are extortionate.

Heat added. Decent price for a Samsung fridge freezer but I tend to think that the Samsung's don't go that cold. Put in some ice cream and it takes longer to freeze Vs other freezers. It does use less electricity but for me a fridge freezer needs to be cold enough quickly. Also the other thing to bear in mind is that it doesn't state the cost to take away your old fridge. I don't know about you but many people have an existing fridge and only very few will be buying this as a second fridge so that needs to be factored.

Crampton & Moore charge £29.99 to take away an old appliance, but you'll have to contact them directly.

Probably easier to contact your local council for a collection, most likely will be cheaper. Also this would allow you to turn new freezer and get it cold, before transferring your food.

Not in London. My local borough is stating a £69 charge for fridge freezer disposal (edited)

Thank you very much. My mum’s fridge went kaput the other day, so this was convenient timing. £30 recycling fee is a bit steep tho

They say to give it a good inspection before signing for it with the delivery people. Is it easy to get a good look at it when they deliver or does it need unpacking?
  27. Pickeringo's avatar
Thanks Op, mine came today. Unfortunately ArrowXl decided to throw it on the floor. No visual damage but expecting it might need returning when I crack it open. Was moving house with it in a few weeks so ideally wanted to keep it wrapped up
