More Advanced Cleaning Performance
Clean various types of floor powerfully yet effortlessly with a powerful but lightweight vacuum cleaner. The Digital Inverter Motor generates suction power of up to 150W(1). The aerodynamic design of the air system optimises the air flow, while multi-cyclonic air filtration efficiently traps fine dust particles.

Digital Inverter Motor
Pick up everything from spilt cereal to stubborn pet hair in seconds, thanks to a powerful Digital Inverter Motor which comes with a 10-year parts(1) warranty. Thanks to this optimal structure, the Digital Inverter Motor delivers a strong input power of up to 410W(2), maintains a high level of energy efficiency and generates a suction power up to 150W(2).

Jet Cyclone
Say goodbye to unreachable dust with the extreme suction power of Samsung's Jet Cyclone. With an optimal air path reducing air resistance around the dustbin with 9 separate cyclones and 27 air inlets minimising the loss of suction, you can now breathe easy, knowing your vaccum will deliver consistent performance in any room.

Is this on par with a Dyson V11?

Had both, the Samsung is the better machine in my opinion, appears to pick up far more even when hoovered the day before.

    Yes, good on carpets

How does this compare to shark and Dyson?
    PonJaul76's avatar
Better than their cordless imo and as good as my old corded shark for most things, not tried the latest dyson (edited)

Not bad. Not as good as the JL with 5 year warranty and just £105 after cashback a few weeks back.

    Good product.

Missed that offer. That's not much more than the price of a spare battery

If it’s a Samung warranty it’s worthless. The bin release clip snapped off ours after 15mths. They say the warranty is only for mechanical failures. Sent complaint no response.

Haha . That's Scamsung for you. My projector battery fail within 3 months of purchase. Samsung did not want to listen

I find that vacuums/carpet cleaners are really hit or miss even with the same brands and even models. Because of this peoples opinions are generally wildly flawed. I regularly hear people highly rating vacuums (especially cordless), only to find out they’re utter rubbish and people are just used to rubbish to begin with. Bottom line is buy it from someone you know you can return it to without question…. I had a prolonged spell with Argos that got a bit uncomfortable after returning so many.

For ‘cordless’ vacuuming I haven’t found one that can beat my Dyson, however my nieces Dyson (next model up) is crap, I bought mine direct from Dyson she bought hers from Amazon. Vax have good suction and good cleaning chemicals however reliability of products is really poor which is why you can purchase any single part independently and a real shame. There cordless options are awful. Bissell are just ok don’t excel particularly in any area. Shark aesthetically are awful and seem to be designed by stevie wonder and are not as good as people make them out to be however they’re not bad if you can hide them away out of sight. (edited)

The clear 'dustbin' on these is quite flimsy and I find fastening it on tricky.

Hearing about the poor Samsung support really puts me off but I really would like a decent cordless hoover.
