It's normally £59 refurbished directly from Sennheiser website with free shipping, they send it brand new as their refurbished headphones are in new condition

So i got a pair of these, and people said they were insane soooo good bla bla...

Trust they are meh at best.

COMFY and light but overall the sound quality is not brilliant... my razer wireless gaming headset is better... its wireless and gaming, so id expect these to be meh vrs my sennys but its just better, they were more expensive but thats because they are wireless.

Sennys are more comfy but open back so let a lot of other sound in which makes music overall worse whilw my razers are closed blocking out everything and they are surround sound while the sennys are stereo.

Overall for this price they are worth but dont expect something mega special... amazons own soundcore/anker headsets are just as good and comfy but now they have put their prices way up

The funniest thing I've read for a while from someone who doesn't have a clue what they're talking about I mean come on fella, open backs for music is worse??

I have these headphones and they're great, especially at that price point. It's important to note the "open back", which means that whatever you're hearing will also be audible to nearby people. Conversely, it will let a lot of sound through, so you'll hear noises within your environment. They have a nice wide sound stage, meaning things sound more around you/further away, compared to closed back headphones. Great for audio and open world/casual gaming. If you want a more precise set of headphones for gaming, for footsteps, etc...then consider closed headphones instead.

Yeh, I couldn't get on with these. I'm used to closed headphones and I found I just kept turning these up and up to compensate for the outside noise but they then left me with ringing ears.

Is it correct that there are two companies called Sennheiser now? (edited)

Bought these as a cheaper/robust pair for using while working recently for £59 from sennheiser refurbed. They are 50 ohm iirc, so they do benefit from a better amp to power them but they sound great for the price. They are open back so yes, you hear some of the noise around you so not great for noisy environments but they sound much more natrural than any closed back i've used and are super comfy.

Main reason for the comment was just to mention how good open backs are for those of us working from home or probably even gaming with comms. You can hear your own voice when talking, so you get less of that muffled/under water feeling along with easily knowing the volume in which you're speaking. Others sound super clear too, and more more natural as if they're in the room with you rather than shouting in your ear. After years of using open backs I hate using the closed backs when I venture into the office now for that reason. A lot of the fatigue is gone, paired with something like a blue snowball mic its a great setup. They also sound great for music when you're not in calls

Some interesting comments about these headphones on here (edited)
