I'm thinking about selling my Bose QC Ultra and getting this or XM5... Because Bose are built cheap and they creak a lot when I'm walking with them...

Not recommended if you have a narrow head as they won't fit tight enough. I ended up bending the overhead bar slightly to improve the fit but they still sound better on my narrow head when I press them in lightly with my hands.
Also, with noise cancelling adjusted to less than 50% they hiss like hell. NOT good if you want transparency for, say, indoor listening.
Also, by default I found them to have a very 'in your head' soundstage where as I prefer the a wide 'outside your head' sound that my Sony XM3 headphones gave. However, I did manage to compensate for this using the app to create a custom profile. Not a bad headphone, just wish I had stuck to Sony.

Aye, my M3s were noticeably less tight than my M2s. If they got less tight than that I don't think I'd be able to wear them, and I wouldn't have said I'm freakishly small.
