lots of nice items in mine, I brought a nice keyboard half price at £4.99

I had a bunch of different brands, and Varta and Tronic were the most reliable. I've not tried the IKEA ones, but I heard they are good.
With regards to Tronic, I think value vs. reliability, these are good. However, gradually, mine started to fail now. I'm not looking after my rechargeable, I don't charge them or discharge them often, I use fast charge, so these may be reasons they started to fail. Or the quality dropped. The Varta ones are still going strong. I feel these are still better than other well-known brands, but not as good as they were before. Or simply, if you don't look after them and you leave them in a drawer, you may have a surprise when you need them. I voted hot anyway.

Advertised at half the usual price, as were most of the electronic products in my local store.
