According to the Zotac website, first 3 years would be with the retailer, the rest directly with the manufacturer. You must remember to register on their website for the extended warranty to be honoured. (edited)

Considered getting this but heard it’s the loudest and hottest card of the series. Can anyone confirm this? I’m coming from a MSI Aventus 2070 super card which runs very loud and very hot. So don’t particularly want a repeat of that. The two free items probably make this the best current offer available if anyone would find any use for them. (edited)

i cant comfirm that but i got a Zotac 2070s and i wont get betting any zotac again, fan start clicking, bought a OEM zotac fan and replaced it, stark clicking after a year again. apparently its common with zotac when i google the issue
