With elegant wood styling, a compact footprint, and quality sound, the Arietta is an ideal bedside radio, or in any room in the house. Tune into crystal-clear DAB stations or stream music easily from your smart device with wireless connectivity. And with dual alarms, sleep and snooze functions, the Arietta helps to keep you on track too. Everything's controlled by the intuitive and tactile button wheel on the top of the real wood casing.

DAB/DAB+/FM radio
DAB digital radio brings you high quality sound and many exclusive stations. It automatically finds all your available stations, and lets you select them easily by name. Meanwhile, FM frequency caters for any stations that haven’t yet gone digital. Enjoy crystal-clear DAB quality sound through the Arietta's full range speaker. It's easy to store your preferred stations with 10 presets so you can access them quickly.

Wireless streaming
Wireless pairing is quick, simple, and lets you stream straight from wireless-enabled devices like your smart phone or tablet. Enjoy the wonder of cable-free listening, and control play, pause and track selection via buttons on the console. Or simply connect via the aux-in port to play tracks from a traditional wired output.

Dual alarms with sleep & snooze
With two independent alarms, choose to be woken by your favourite DAB or FM station, or a buzzer, while the Snooze function lets you grab that extra forty winks in the morning. And at the end of the day, Sleep function puts the radio on standby after a set period so you can drift off without having to worry about turning the Arietta off.

Connections
1 x Aux In, 1 x Headphones, 1 x USB (service only), Wireless

Alarm
Alarm with snooze, Buzzer, Dual, Radio

Looks good, and there's a white one too. Just read a couple of reviews saying it's too bright and lights up a room at night though, so not so good as a bedside clock radio.

You can turn the brightness down

Pretty damming reviews of poor quality control and setup issues.

Buy a 12 quid smart speaker for the kitchen instead

Google or Alexa like we did. Hands free operation (edited)

Where did you get a smartspeaker for £12?

My Marks and Spencer radio was Reciva based. So Dab only now.

Hard to believe they get away with shutting our devices down, but it is a fairly common thing.

How is the signal indoors? My current radio loses signal as soon as you put it away from a window

Thank you very much. I’m very much a Sonos man but I love a good dab radio for local and national football commentary. Great Xmas present for the in-laws. (edited)

I have two of these. The sound is well balanced and suits me very well. I don't mind the strong light in the dark. In fact for me it's a useful night light. Can't go wrong with this really, and well worth the money.

Have a Roberts sport personal radio and OK indoors, maybe the headphones cable helps?

A concerning number of "faulty" reviews.

I just bought it in store. You can check stock online. Here is a quick review. The wireless communication is Bluetooth. It is a solid wood construction. It's very good quality and recieving a lot of channels by a window. The controls are slightly strange but easy to learn. It has 2 year guarantee Overal 9/10
