    Just wanted to update. Just received my V15 now (amazing that it’s also next day delivery). Packaging and everything inside is pristine. No sign of usage or scratches on any of the components. This is what I would be expecting to see if I had bought it brand new, so really pleased that this was sold as one of their refurbed ones. Currently charging to 100% so can test it out. So far so good. Thanks again Op.

    Looks nice I ordered yesterday a V11 told delivery slot was today 8am to 6pm but it's not been delivered by DPD not a great start.. :/

    My bad it's the animal that has a different screen and doesn't do auto suction the other two as said above is that abs has a soft brush and torque one the Torque has only the Torque brush

    Received my refurbished V11 Absolute. The trigger button has an issue where it would get stuck inside the handle. Anyone else with problems?

    Trigger was faulty. It ran for several seconds on its own after releasing but on the second day of use I could start it without even touching the trigger and to turn it off I had to put it back in base. One call to Dyson and replacement of the main part is on the way. (edited)

    Definite heat for the v11.

    I got mine for about 225 all in and that still feels like a great deal.

    Should’ve waited for BF but looking at last years prices, the 230-240 figure seemed to be there or thereabouts.

    Be aware, I bought a refurbished V10 and it didn't work by the end of the 1 year warranty and Dyson sent components quick and it works fine now.Last 30% sale I bought the hair drier. It came as broken, got a refund for that.
    Not really confident on these refurbished stuff now.

    It’s annoying as there are laws to prevent companies from raising their prices and then suddenly slashing them to look like a decent sale. Companies have gotten around this by offering discount codes instead. It’s the same misleading marketing but the government have ignored it.

    I don’t know how to do it but on the BLC app click on Dyson and it takes you to the Outlet. But on the main Dyson click on the refurbished and they’re 199. My BLC gives you a code for 15% off taking it down to £170. Ordered being delivered tomorrow.

    Edit: i order 2 years ago v10 absolute refurbished it was like new for around £270 and still going strong happy. If i like v11 will sell v10 (edited)

    Some excellent deals is it worth the £100 extra to go for a v15 vs v11. I still use a V6 but battery life is fading?

    I had my V6 for approx 7 years and only just bought a new battery and it is working as it was new again. It is a good time to buy a new one if you have a spare £300 but if you don't a new battery will bring your old V6 back to life.

    I think this is luck of the draw. On previous deals some got extra heads that were not listed in the deal
