What do I need to know?

- This experience is available Monday-Thursday, during term time only, excluding December
- Minimum age: 8 years
- Maximum weight: 18st
- You must arrive at the venue 40 minutes before the start time of your race
- Please note that you will be sharing the circuit with other drivers
- It is recommended that you wear soft shoes, and open toe footwear or heels are not allowed
- You will be required to wear a balaclava under your helmet while racing, you can purchase one from the venue or bring your own
- Please allow 2hrs for your experience
- All dates are subject to availability

sorted byIf you don't bring your own, they make you buy a balaclava and gloves. Totalling about £10 I think. If you have your own gloves, the balaclava on its own is only about £4 (which is reasonable). The gloves are really low quality though. If you bring your own gloves, they need to be at least somewhat grippy. I'd just get some £2 DIY gloves from Screwfix personally. I felt that they didn't make this all very clear. They emailed <24h ahead to let me know I'd need a balaclava and didn't even mention the gloves until I got there.
Also, make sure to wear lightweight trousers, as they make you wear heavy racing overalls, which makes you really hot.
Looks like it's only £30 direct? Probably some restrictions on the dates / times that's available but surely a better deal?
Like insurance or equipments?
Could save my a few quid if I buy 5 vouchers
*Edit* oh yeah, adults do this without kids, sometimes I forget what it was like before having children
TeamSport have announced their Black Friday deal. I’m personally going for that deal even though it’s more expensive because I have school age kids and the vouchers can be used Sunday - Friday until end of March (excluding 12/12/2023 – 08/01/2024 and 12/02/2024 – 23/02/2024). (edited)
