I ordered both. The supersonic was brand new + sealed, yet sold as refurbished. The airwrap arrived in a clearly-marked refurbished box.

Thanks just manage to get the long version, been putting it off and sold out other day. Just can’t justify paying over £400 for it so this is a good price hopefully be in good condition?

I returned last week because it came without the storage box. Don’t know whether to order it again and risk it coming without one again

Just contact CS and they will send it seperately. It says on the site you will receive it 5 to 10 days later. So no worries if you decide to reorder. I guess they don't have enough cases in stock.

My hairdryer came without the storage box initially. I contacted them and they advised this arrived separately by royal mail. Sure enough that turned up two days later

There are several versions of this (short, long redesigned barrels etc). Ive opted for the long ones as reviews seem to suggest it can work just fine on shorter hair too, but does anyone know if there is a redesigned version or is this just marketing?

For a lot of people, it will make sense to buy the long version. Check the reviews out, it was a common complaint that the normal version is too short.
