Can anyone clarify whether this means 3 treatments each for the two people? or 3 treatments shared between the two?
    jaffanator's avatar
It looks like 3 treatments each, but the '3 treatments' are mini treatments, all contained within the quoted 35 min session. I'm speculating as I've never been but that's what I got from the info/description.

Is each treatment 35mins long? Or all 3 treatments take place within 35mins?

Bought this last year for my mum £60. She used it recently and really enjoyed it.

Potentially 25% TCB as well but might get rejected due to code
    namsu2403's avatar
Tracking provisionally at £14.80. Making it £22.20 each if it confirms

Check the reviews for the Bannatyne's you want to go to before booking as my local one is mouldy and smells like urine..

Just had a horrible experience with Buyagift..customer service is virtually non existent. No phone number, no email, no contact form, only web chat with totally useless advisors, and systems that don’t appear to work. Do not buyagift!

I just had an ok one. Negatives: webchat only and had to try 3 times as my phone kept locking and the chat resetting.
Positives: they were relatively quick to connect and gave me a refund straight away when my activity got cancelled on the day I wanted to book. Didn't think they would do it as t&c say no refunds.

100% the worst spa day EVER in Barnsley! We turned up and got two treatments which lasted around 20 minutes tops. Didn't actually feel worth taking my top off. The rest of the day involved access to the swimming pool (this was packed with a daytime water gym class). The saunas were dirty and old. Then we entered the gym which really wasn't all that at all. We left after two and a half hours, a complete waste of money.

If you're thinking of buying this, don't JUST don't and spend a little extra elsewhere for the experience especially if it's a gift.

Jees, if you've written this in HUKD... I can only imagine what their Trust Pilot review is like from you lol Thanks for the heads up!

Cold. We had the same voucher with BuyaGift and they secretly changed it to a "choice" voucher so when we tried to book the original treatment we paid for it was asking for us to supplement the price difference and it wasn't cheap! Avoid for this reason, con artists. (edited)
    HUKD69's avatar
Who changed it? BuyaGift should refund promptly if these things happen.

Single and dual treatment rooms and relaxation room with heated stone loungers.

Spa day bags including robe, towel, footwear and wristband for locker access are available at our location. A £10 deposit will be required upon receiving the Spa Bag and refunded upon return of the robe and towel. For spa days that don't include Spa Bag hire you have the opportunity to pay on the day for use at a rate of £8 per person in addition to the deposit.

So can pay £10 and just keep and take home essentially

Went the manchesterone a while back and never again, more a gym than a spa, nothing chilled about it, the pool area was awful , even at this price its a no from me

I hear if you stare into the mirrors in any of the spas and say Bannatyne five times he appears behind you. Be careful though because he'll be angry.

think we paid £14 for robes and slipper hire

    Very limited areas?!

I worked there. The one where I worked wasn’t a SPA at all, it only had a jacuzzi and sauna and a hot swimming, really disappointing. The massages are the only good thing but mind that we were treated as slaves, so some girls will try to rush the treatment
    HUKD69's avatar
Always been treated well at our local, but do feel for staff as can't imagine it being the best company to work for, considering it's a budget SPA chain, focused on squeezing out every penny from all sides.

very poor reviews of our local one. I would avoid getting this as it will be a big disappointment no matter how good the deal is

    Redletterdays is a scam.

They had this deal for £80 on their site.

NatWest Reward Account pays cashback and it allows you to “trade up” with them - for every £10 - they give you £20. Great.

Loaded up £40 from NatWest reward account to their site. £80 credit. Cool.

Went to buy this exact advertisement on their site - and lo and behold - it vanishes! The next best offering is for 40 minutes in total - with an excess of £39 (on top of my £40 (or £80 vouchers in their money)). The original £80 offer vanishes.

    What absolute scam artists.

In the end i had to log out of the account and make a new one and just buy it off their site with code Black20 for £64. Still not too bad but I only went with them as they were offering it for £80 hence loading their website with my £40.

I still have £80 vouchers sitting in the original different account - inaccessible for this deal. Bunch of absolute scum bags. Absolutely livid. Disgusting behaviour because they know exactly what their doing. (edited)
