    I've just emailed the cashback team : Hi there, I am looking to order a Samsung HWQ930C 9.1.4ch Q-Symphony Cinematic Soundabar (2023) from PRC. It looks as if it's eligible for £300 cashback. The supplier is showing "Availability: Special Order From Supplier Usually arrives within 3-4 weeks or call us".

    What happens if the item arrives after 30 days so I can't submit my claim in time even though I made a purchase in the qualifying period?

    PRC Direct WILL NOT accept cancellation of any orders where the item(s) purchased are not normally held in stock but have been SPECIFICALLY ORDERED at the request of the customer.

    A RESTOCKING FEE will be applicable in such circumstances.

    It is an amazing deal. I got the g2 flagship oled 65inch for 1.5k and now this just below samsungs flagship soundbars for under £300. Will change the whole living room.

    HDMI into your ARC HDMI slot on your TV. If you have an E-ARC use that one.
    Chances are all your slots are ARC these days but one of them may be E-ARC.

    It says to file cashback within 30 days of purchase, but if item is on back order from over a month, then how would you file without serial number?

    any long as the invoice date is 29th or later and the retailer is on their list， i think samsung will give you the cashback.

    Anyone know if you can extend the warranty on these, 1 year warranty on a 1000 pound rrp sound system seems ridiculous.

    Says delivery in 4 weeks yet you have to claim on Samsung within 30 days of purchase. But without delivery, no serial number to claim

    Be careful when ordering, check the product numbers as the Q930c is included in the Cashback offer, whereas the Q930b is not included, to look at they are identical and even some of the retail sites are mixing up the b’s and c’s.

    May I add, I have the Q930B from last year using a similar £300 cashback deal. Think I paid about 360 which is a steal. For this year's version for 299 is ridiculously good. Anyone after a solid surround sound sound bar setup don't even think about it, just get it.

    I have the Q930B but I’m not going to bite as it’s probably a marginal difference.

    if there was a solid deal for the Q990C (there was from Samsung the other week but many were cancelled) then I would probably bite.

    Just ordered the s800b with £200 cash back.

    Debating as I purchased a TV with them and delivery is tomorrow for £1349 however now this cash back deal i could be £200 up. Danmm

    Hi everyone. Does anyone know if this soundbar will perform exactly the same as Q800C without the rear speakers? I was planning to buy 800C due to no space for rear speakers but if I but this - the rear apeakers might come useful in the future...
    Read a few bad reviews on Samsung website regarding this soundbar where people say that their centre channels are going quite / muffled. Has anyone experienced this?

    Big thanks - been after one for years for my QLED.

    Worth noting for anyone reading this - the resale of these in say - 3 months time after the cashback event is going to be £500-600. So you're buying something for half the value and can always resell for profit.

    Would this be better on connectivity.. I bought the Samsung q800b last year and have constant handshake issues with my Sony xr55x94k.. The TV doesn't recognise the soundbar half the time through e-Arc and says communication error and reverts to playing through the TV speakers.. So I have to reboot the TV and soundbar and that doesn't always work.. Lucky to get a couple of days of it syncing! Wondering if I'd have the same issue with this one? (edited)
