Frequently Asked Questions

Prime members are eligible to purchase ODEON tickets at a discounted rate of two standard tickets for £10 at ODEON cinemas (€10 in Ireland), or two recliner tickets for £15 at ODEON Luxe cinemas. The offer is redeemable by Prime members once per month, for screenings Monday through Thursday. This offer is valid for a limited time, and may expire at Amazon’s discretion.

I'm a prime member, how do I get these tickets?
1) Sign into Amazon with your Prime account.
2) Copy the Prime offer code shown at the top of this page.
3) Click on “Get ODEON tickets” to go to ODEON and select your cinema, preferred movie, day/time and at least two seats. If you live in Ireland, please go to ODEON IE Cinemas to claim the offer.
4) On the ticket selection screen, paste the Prime offer code in the “Have a special code?” field and click apply. Select the unlocked “Amazon Prime package” ticket.

The Prime offer code refreshes every 30 minutes. If you get an error message, the code may have expired. In that case please return to Amazon to get a new code.

I am not a Prime member - can I still redeem the offer?
This ODEON discount is only available to current Prime members. Sign up to Prime to experience everything Prime has to offer, including exclusive shopping, savings, and entertainment benefits.

What if I cancel my Prime membership?
If your Prime membership ends, you will no longer be eligible for this offer. If you choose to restart your Prime membership, you will be eligible for this offer again.

I am a Prime member living in Ireland. Can I redeem this offer at ODEON cinemas in Ireland?
Yes, you can get two standard 2D seats for €10, or two recliner 2D seats for €15. After you have copied the Prime offer code, head to ODEON IE Cinemas to redeem the offer.

How often can I redeem the offer?
The offer is redeemable once per month per Prime member. Once you have used this offer, you will not see a code on this page for the remainder of that calendar month. Come back any time next month to get a new Prime offer code.

How long is the Prime offer code valid?
The Prime offer code refreshes every 30 minutes. You can see the remaining minutes right next to the code on this page. If you try to redeem your code on the ODEON site after the 30 minute validity period, the code will not work and you will see an error message. To collect a new code, simply come back to Amazon.co.uk/odeon.

Why is my Prime offer code not working?
Your Prime offer code may be invalid due to the following reasons:
1) The code is not used within 30 minutes,
2) you are trying to use the code to purchase tickets for screenings outside of the Monday through Thursday validity, or
3) the code has already been used to purchase discounted tickets this month.

If the code is not valid, you will get an error message. If you believe you are eligible for the offer this month, simply come back to Amazon.co.uk/odeon to get a new code. If you have already used the offer this month, please come back from the first day of next month.

I am an ODEON myLIMITLESS subscriber and a Prime member. Can I still benefit from this offer?
Yes, Prime members who are ODEON myLIMITLESS subscribers are eligible to redeem this offer.

Can I use the Prime offer code to purchase discounted tickets for 3D, IMAX, iSense, Dolby and seating upgrades such as Premier Plus and Recliner Plus?
You can get the Prime discount, but will then need to pay an additional fee to upgrade the tickets for 3D, IMAX, iSense, Dolby and any seating upgrades such as Premier Plus. The fee shown on the ticket selection and order details pages will reflect the increased price. Please note, you will not be able to use the Prime offer code to purchase tickets for VIP Beds and Event cinema.

Where can I find the terms and conditions for this offer?
Visit ODEON UK or ODEON IE to see the terms and conditions.

Who should I contact if I have an issue redeeming the offer?
First, verify that you are logged in to Amazon and that your Prime membership is active, then attempt to redeem the offer using the instructions above. Just to give some context:
Meerkat movies bogof Tuesday/Wednesday, which will be less than £10 (in some cinemas it's only £5 for two tickets)
You can also get £5 tickets at many Odeons all day every day, and there's a £5 or £6 Monday discount as well.

For Luxe Mondays are £7, and there are meerkat bogof as well, usually based on around £11 or £12.
This is a good deal for Thursdays, however.
It's also not valid at Odeon Leicester Square.
The supplements are quite steep, e.g., £4 per person for Dolby Cinema, £5 for Imax. So that's £23 for Odeon West End's Dolby screen, for example.

I watched Oppenheimer 70mm at their Dolby cinema in Leicester Square and I was absolutely blown away.

All odeons near me have tickets that are £5 each anyway during Monday to thursday, so a bit useless .

As a myODEON member you can enjoy any film from just £5*, when you book online at ODEON cinemas. Even better, these low-price tickets are available on all our films, all day, every day.

The 2 for £7 on Voxi / Vodafone was an amazing deal

Aren’t Odeon cinema tickets this price normally? My Odeon sells £5 standard tickets, or £7 premier tickets all day every day
    dudedude's avatar
prices vary from £5 up to £32.50 depending on the cinema, time of day, and screen type.
A lot of the £5 cinemas are pretty old and ropey.
  8. devlino's avatar
Is this for 2 seperate tickets or do 2 seats have to be booked together?
    sprocket999's avatar
It’s two booked together. When you add the code a new ticket option comes up for Amazon Prime package, which includes two tickets.

I’m right in saying that Vue is still cheaper than this Odeon discount and it’s a better experience too?

Can this be used at Odeon Islington?
    cheekster's avatar
The terms and conditions state no these can’t.
  12. ToOn7's avatar
I was charged £20 for 2x recliner seats instead of the advertised £15
Would this be because it was to see Wonka?
    mikebrailsford's avatar
Same here for Godzilla Minus One, mind you should have been £40, happy enough with half price
  13. Gamblor64's avatar
Was about to pay £42 for two tickets at Waterloo imax and just happened to stumble across this code, lifesaver!
    Gamblor64's avatar
Nah the prime code is for regular Odeon so I had to sacrifice the IMAX. But in the end the film wasn't that good so doubly glad I didn't fork out for IMAX!
  14. soulman123's avatar
Heat for the deal. Did not buy as couldn’t see anything worth watching sadly.

At my local Odeon cinema, tickets are £5 each as standard (when booked online)

Was about to ask if anyone has a code then I realised I don't need one as I wouldn't save anything (edited)

Same £5 at local Odeon cinema, not a real deal is it more of marketing gimmick.
  24. mike.newbold's avatar
who even goes to the cinema we have big oled screens with 7.1 sound for 2k all in. madness
    AdamBrunt's avatar
Where are you getting a 300"+ OLED screen with 7.1 sound for £2k
  25. sjmleicester's avatar
I might take advantage of this to go and watch the new Godzilla Minus One which is getting rave reviews.

Otherwise there is nothing I really want to watch and certainly not pay the standard £17 cost of admission. You'd think Odeon Limitless was good value until you look at the mindless dross being served up and the need to make repeat visits to make it pay for itself. (edited)

If you've got Vodafone veryme you can get it for £8

Meh. It's works out less at our odeon de luxe if you book on a Monday with their normal rates. Mid week meerkat also brings the price to a very similar price, which you can do at the drop of a hat.

Blockbuster revisited... don't waste your money

I'd love to take this deal offer but sadly, there is FA and has been FA worth watching at the cinema for the last couple of years... only film I am desperate to see at the cinema is Sonic 3 next December!
  34. DealSeeker9988's avatar
The odeon near me is old and outdated. It's not worth going there even at this price
  35. katestewart9279's avatar
    Thanks
  36. gummby's avatar
Normally £5 anyway at my local. Why is this 1700 heat? Didn't need any Prime membership for that price.

Oh Only Monday to Thursday too with Prime deal. If your local is charging 10-11 quid a ticket fair enough. Otherwise not worth it. (edited)
