Update 1
Back in stock

Total price includes cost of Sim, Lowest price outright it's been maybe? Choose pay in full, choose the £10 sim, then cancel the sim if not needed, though if needed, they have some decent sim offers like 90GB for £15 for example

Good deal. I paid £492 at EE yesterday and they only have black. Probably would have preferred the hazel.
    2000mph's avatar
Yeah I just got the EE Deal for £492 Sim Free today as well.

This was listed before but they have it back in stock again now for anyone who doesn't need or want to faff with getting the Sim.

    Cheers OP

Just to add - used a student beans discount code and it gives you first month of SIM free so total cost is £473.70 this way. (edited)

Thanks. Any spare codes please? Thanks in advance

    Does this come unlocked?
    lidds's avatar
Yes. Phones can't be locked to networks anymore (Providers are banned from doing it since Dec 21)
  4. FRANCESCOUK88's avatar
I heard this phone when used on 5g network overheats and has a ridículos battery life.

Is that true?any owner can confirm that?
    ryanmartin1993's avatar
I have one, no that's nonsense
  5. ptkdon's avatar
I'm torn between this and the honor magic 5 pro. Need a phone upgrade that will give security updates at least every 6 months so I can continue to get my company work apps to function
    MrSwitch's avatar

Wouldn't rely on the honor for timely updates, if that is the specific thing you require, go pixel

Have to share I've been using this for the last 2 weeks moving from a iPhone 13 Pro. Initially I was a bit unsure about the change but since then, it is possibly the best phone I've ever had 🫣

Dramatic and crazy to say I know, but it's just so nice to use - the combination of the animations, haptics, speed make it SO nice to use.

Yes fingerprint sucks but face unlock is good !

I’m doing exactly the same swap, I haven’t put my SIM card in yet due to waiting for a screen protector but been using the phone in the evenings.

Glad to hear a positive on moving from iOS, I’ve just become bored of the iPhone.
  9. jaswolves's avatar
Sorry but it's really not a great phone. Using one as we speak. The P20 Pro will always be the GOAT.

Be interesting to know why you think it's bad?
It does everything I need. The only bad thing is slower battery charging than other flagships.

Good deal and ordered (eventually)! It took me about 45 minutes and 8 attempts to get past the payment page which kept crashing.

    Same, ended up using PayPal

🔥 deal but is there a similar deal with a good trade in for my realme
    Opelope's avatar
    Which deal is this please?
  22. Firebolt247's avatar
I hope them carphone warehouse deals come out with the pixel 8 like they did last march with the pixel 7. After the enhanced trade in of £175 of a phone I bought on CEX for £5, i effectively paid £230 for a pixel 7 and 24 months 50gb ID sim. Really it was like paying £10 a month for a sim and getting the phone for free. Mental!
    jumpinoffthbed's avatar
Gutted I missed that deal, I'm after a cheap 7 deal now.
  23. axxxr's avatar
    Ordered Thanks!
  24. biggiecheese's avatar
do you think we can combine this with Google Store price match and £125 store credit (or the next best price, £554 on Amazon since this is arguably a contract)
They have recently increased their trade in value for Google phones, example for Amazon price + Pixel 7 trade in:
    554 - 390 = £164, if you count the Store Credit it will be 164 - 125 = £39 for P7 to P8 upgrade, not bad!!
    MrSwitch's avatar
    Author
I think they'll match amazon, not Voxi as you need to add a sim, however you can always ask them
  25. Rafal_Wystub's avatar
Ordered via PayPal with no issues. Thanks!

Tried to purchase the 256gb hazel (only one available) but the price comes up as £844.20 when going through the process.
  27. Leatherbake's avatar
I feel so sorry for the people who paid full price for this on release, what a shambles of a release for this phone.
  28. DonDaggen's avatar
    256 all gone.

  31. christopher.spencer's avatar
Great deal but missed the 256, don't fancy a 128 yet.... will hold out and see for any 8 Pro deals coming.... rocking my Pixel 6 until then
  32. R_Dahal's avatar
being an idiot here, is there an option to buy this sim free without taking out a voxi plan?
    EndemicAlarm's avatar
It essentially is SIM free, the plan is no-contract one month. Just cancel it straight away and eat the £10 loss.
  33. luketimms's avatar

    Sat11's avatar
Returns with voxi are a nightmare.i refused delivery of my phone as I ordered the wrong colour.Still waiting for the refund after 20 Days. They say it can take upto 30 days. There is no phone number to ring them just online chat.Do not buy from Voxi.
  37. JA2018's avatar
Anyone know when would be the best time to get these at fairly priced? Looking for around 6inch phones. Phones in general just seem too expensive to me nowadays
  38. Raiper's avatar
Ordered last night, was about to be delivered today around 1pm, and now the phone is being returned back to sender. Need to contact Voxi lol
