I had this delivered at the weekend. Took a lot of tinkering to get it sorted. Zoom fork not Suntour, saddle pretty rubbish and saddle stem short. I'm 6ft and had the large, it needed a longer saddle stem to fit me. Brakes needed most work. Discs were bent and used YouTube to sort them. It's a nice bike now though. Saw it in House Of Fraser at £375, which is nuts. I say it's worth about £200-£250. Just be prepared to put some work in to get it sorted. Oh the handlebar grips are terrible and wen straight in the bin! Box was undamaged my Evri driver wasn't to blame for any of faults.

What saddle and grips did you opt for ?

For anyone who wants to know if this is a good route to a super budget E-Bike with a Tongsheng mid-drive......it's not.

It can just about be bodged to get enough space but the chainline is awful.

What about a standard front or back wheel conversion

This is not classed as a bike in the trade, it is called a 'BSO', or Bike-Shaped Object. Why? Bikes under a certain value or spec are essentially regarded as toys, not fit for cycling.
Don't waste your money, this is a TRASH piece of metal!

Do you think "Large" will be big enough for a 6ft 2 man? Tia

So I didn’t actually get the Villain 3 mine is a Villain 1. Only commented as the frames are exactly the same size with different forks . Mine required a little setting up gears etc . I would say excellent value as long as you are handy with setting it up . Cheap and cheerful but good value . No problems at all . I would have preferred the hydraulic brakes on this one .

Microshift M26 rear derailleur, unknown front one. Microshift Handlbar shifters. Not bad probably on par with Shimano Tourney

Yup, if you have a death wish! DON'T even try to make something as cheap as this into an illegal e-bike, trust me.
