If someone has this sim, can they confirm if band 20 is available please? Thanks. Voted hot anyway! (edited)

If you do your maths right, over a year it works out at £3.6666p per month. As a lot of people use WiFi, 5gb data plus unlimited minutes and unlimited texts in UK with EE is excellent value.
  3. gary333's avatar
Do they have the 800mhz band? I was using Lyca, who must not as I missed the bulk of my phone calls (even though wifi calling was on).
  4. Joshfount's avatar
Good deal even if it's just for 4 months especially as it's on EE ♨️
  5. bigwheels's avatar
No a bad deal but Lebara offer 15gb for £1 for 6 months.
I got it 3 weeks ago for 99p.
I find EE hit and miss where I live. (edited)

Depends if Vodafone network is good for You though right? EE with spusu some may prefer, esim compatible as well
  6. candyman86's avatar
Managed to get a 12gb EE sim only for 12 months for £5 a month via retention. Its going up to ~£6.50 after April
    bigwheels's avatar
If you can get by with 10gb data switch to RWG Mobile. £5 a month.
You pay for the year upfront so no price increases.
    Middle one.

Gone for it. I've just gone through Topcashback and then Moneysupermarket Mobile and it comes up as, first 3 months £1 afterwards £4.50 which I reckon works out slightly cheaper than your deal plus £11 cashback.
This deal doesn't appear to have cashback if you go direct to Spusu through Topcashback.
The deals with bigger data allowances DO show cashback.

TCB Compare Mobile pays £13 for same deal

is it a monthly rolling contract which can be cancelled at any time?

    Section 1

In principle, you do not have a minimum contract period with spusu.
    - Your termination will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

FYI WiFi calling is only on select Apple and Samsung handsets.

This is a deal breaker for me as I have poor coverage at home and rely on VoWiFi.

Great deal if you don't need WiFi calling or you're running a recent Samsung or Apple phone.

I have Oppo, WiFi caling is working, you can try other networks like o2,vadaphone ,three (edited)
  12. KamalinO's avatar
Any similar deal based on the EE network but with at least 15GB data? I got the Lebara deal but the network coverage of the Vodafone is not that good.
  13. vassy4u's avatar
Heat added. I get good coverage only with EE. Thanks OP

Just called customer service, excellent customer service! Proper English gentleman on the phone, no automated option, 10/10 from me!

    Great deal/price so 🔥

Shame its by far one of the worst for me pretty much every (tried multiple places accross uk on multiple phones) not sure how EE is number 1 for like decade now

Edit: i guess its better than 3 (edited)
    Teasy's avatar
Really just depends where you are I suppose. Three are easily the best where I am and EE second.

Can confirm, on the payment page it says £5 charge, but when placed actual order, they have charged me £1. Happy days! Thank you MrSwitch!

  17. Alex21's avatar
No,all good with me,the plan is going to the cart after buy now.
  18. SteamedLobster's avatar
Do they offer all EE bands?
  19. legionellaman's avatar
I've got this and confirm Band 20 is available. However, I'm going to have to port away, as:

I'm missing approx 80% oof my calls, they don't come through (signal is good)
When making calls, about 50% of the time, they don't connect and I have to redial.
Thats on an Oppo 5g phone with no VOLTE working.
    gary333's avatar
Ah, good heads up. That's what was happening to me on Lyca too. Said I had signal, but no cigar. Very infuriating.
  20. ashtad's avatar
Can I use this just to use in Spain for a two week holiday then cancel the eSIM?
    ChipilaBG's avatar
I can not see why not. The customer service is amazing on WhatsApp.

  24. Rizw's avatar
Could possibly some top cash back or Quidco
  25. joshp's avatar
Any idea how to get it to go to £1?

I've waited over 10 mins on the page, still £5 on the checkout for me

Have expired for now, as its still showing £5 annoyingly, will hopefully update at some point tonight

Decent price, this has wifi calling with RWG and Lebara don’t offer.

1p mobile 50gb for 15 is great deal tho

Nice one Mr Switch The offer is still working......Just ordered the esim and its working still £1 but you only get part Month, Mins, Text, Data.

Your first month’s allowance and costs are proportional to the day of activation and will be reset to full the following month.
    MySpaceBarIsBroken's avatar
Did it show as £1 initially in your basket or £5? When I add to basket it shows up as £5. Not sure if that’s how it’s meant to be
  28. jamie15's avatar
Apparently they route everything via Austria resulting in latency, people have issues like not receiving all texts (may be linked to eSIM), issues with phone calls on non VoLTE supported devices.

Not sure I'd rely on them as a primary network just yet, £1 for 5GB EE data and a backup SIM still excellent value though! (edited)
    harrythefish's avatar
Does that mean BBC iPlayer, NowTV won't work on it?
  29. joshp's avatar
Pricing showing as £1 at checkout now. Nice that you get 6 months to activate

Ordered as a backup SIM for traveling around Europe, since Lebara isn't all that reliable. Also nice to have an eSIM with a second number
  30. FishAndCats's avatar
Ordered last week SIM is still not delivered
    PaulT82's avatar
Have you just been unlucky or can anyone else confirm if they’ve had to wait over a week for their SIM to be delivered?
  31. innocent's avatar
    Plan has been changed now.
    seinman's avatar
Still the same. It is only different via Quidco.
  32. r4w80's avatar
If I click on buy now, it shows me an empty basket and I am unable to buy this offer. Anyone else having the same issue?
  33. Bbqueue's avatar
Any idea on the turnaround time on these sims? How long from ordering to getting the sim through your letterbox?

Is not the £4.50 offer better? Confused Switchy.
    seinman's avatar
    The £4.50 offer is 3 months @ £1. The £5 is 4 months @ 1.
  36. Anon32's avatar
I didn’t spot that. Thanks. I suppose if you’re not keeping it long term then this offer is better.
  37. miked443's avatar
I currently live in my van and always on the go, is there a way to signup for the eSIM only with a compatible phone ( do they need address to deliver something)?
    ChipilaBG's avatar
I'm with the eSim. They asked for the address but nothing came by post. Esim came by email after a few minutes.
  38. SavageDonkey's avatar
I have Pixel 3a... Not getting my calls delivered when on LTE but do if I change to 3g.

Phoned up and said it could be something to do with voLTE or whatnot... said they had made changes but still not working. I can call out but when people call me they get message to say I'm not available and I get a text..

Anyway might try my IphoneX (which I hate and just have due to the camera and gamedev stuff).

    Poor really

    Topcashback Compare offering £13 cashback.

You need to pay though by Credit Card or Paypal which I do not have either of!
