    It is not £100 trade-in, it is up to a maximum of £100 trade-in only, the title of this thread is misleading.

    The up to bit I think covers any phone not on the list on a case by case basis. States you get £100 if the trade in device is on the list.

    These trade in prices are a joke! They’re offering way less than most of the others e.g. EE, O2, Currys, Carphone Warehouse and Google.
    Plus there’s loads of others you can find through comparison sites. 

    This would only really work for someone who genuinely has a phone on the list which is faulty and worth £1. But even then, there’s exclusions on what is faulty ie water damage doesn’t count!

    For the trade-in, it just says "up to £100". Is there a way to be sure that we'll get the full £100?

    Seems like it's the full amount:

    "who trade in any smartphone shown in the table below which meets the requirements in term 9 below (“Trade In Device”) will be entitled to claim £100 per Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 or S23,"

    I think they would have a drop down list, where you select your trade in mobile, to show any other amount if it was "Up to".
