Are these definitely AX5400, as the TP-Link appears to refer to them as AX3000?.

These will be capable of fully carrying my 600/300MB cable connection won't they?

    Heated OP!

This is one of the reasons why I dislike Deco. I thought the same. The X60 months ago was simply an overpriced X55 (both AX3000) but now Tp-Link had the amazing idea to make v3 (what has been out for awhile) of the X60 AX3000 but v3.2 of the X60 is AX5400... (edited)

    Nice price OP

I got these at Christmas, in a deal at the same price, saved form my initial X75 set (thanks to helpful comments here). They are excellent, but I am using wired back hall, also got a X73 modem, have 2 wired and 1 wireless.

Covers the whole house and no more moaning from the kids. The only low point is the ridiculous extra Parental controls, the basic ones are ok but you may need the extra at a Monthly service charge. (edited)

I got these last year and they've worked really well. My wifi speed and coverage has gone up considerably over using powerline adaptors, and being able to plug an ethernet cable into the units is handy.

Seems to the same price everywhere else. Very, Amazon etc

The ones on Very are the slower AX3000 though I think.

Are these good for 1Gb speeds over 3 floors?

I get 900Mb next to the Router but 300Mb-400Mb as I go on each floor.

Does anyone have connection issues with Ring doorbell connected? I have a deco network but the connection keeps dropping.

Bought this set from Amazon in December 23 and it is great. The price was £229 then, so not a new deal. It actually dropped for a couple of days to £202 so I returned my unopened set and bought it again at the lower price (posted the deal here hotukdeals.com/dea…888). I will say £229 is the going price now at many retailers.

Received this yesterday, impressed with the software and options - can set the source and change preferred connections etc, tried the mercusys ax3000 before that, and you are very limited with that one. Still dont get great speeds 1 floor away (cement floor etc), seems only option is wired backhaul. Went from hub5 with 2 pods, to mercusys, to deco x60, and honestly, not a great difference between hub5/pods and this. All depends on the house I guess.

I have these too. If you have thicker brick walls then dual band mesh systems struggle. I've added some discreet cabling from the main router and that has helped with speeds but I still have much slower speeds in certain areas, again, due to thicker walls.

I've not tried a Tri band setup.
