    Just bare in mind folks, that with 1gb ram and measly processor, you might end up banging your head on the wall trying to switch on the WiFi or even placing a call.
    Whilst using it, just make sure you wear a helmet.

    Incorrect image, the image is for the 2GB ram version, the phone on sale is only 1GB

    Would this be a good device as a backup to use in the car, maybe for Google maps, maybe the Google maps go or whatever it's called? (edited)

    These days 1GB is not enough for Google maps. Not with Google app running in the background and voice commands enabled. 2GB I still wouldn't risk. All the apps have grown in the recent years.
