    I've never had to deal with them myself, but lots of reviews about Samsung customer service. Here's part of a response to a one star review (many more like it):

    While all of our products do come with a warranty, any damage caused to the product is not covered, even if it's accidental.

    The code VAC15 does not seem to work for me, anyone else seeing this?

    Got this a couple weeks ago… pretty good and the jet mode is powerful. The brush at the front is like a roller, doesn’t spin like the main brush bar, don’t see what the point of it is. It also has a screen so it gives you a countdown timer to show how long you have to run around the house before it runs out haha.
