It's the new 2024 model which is an incremental update to the 2022 version which was the same for the 2020 version. So unless you consider a week since release old then no it's pretty new.

Today I received my trade-in amounts (both mobile and extra), and to my surprise it was extra £125 instead of £100. Royal mail is also going to deliver Tab today, so overall very happy with that deal

My tablet arrived yesterday but I'm on holiday another week. Hopefully still at collection point when I get back. How long did your trade in cash take to arrive? My device was posted last week Thursday and nothing credited to my account yet.

Everything is good about this phone except the camera, honor magic 6 pro, Pixel 8 pro, OnePlus 12 has better in the cameras and department but also with some flows in other departments. Around £850 Honor magic 6 pro I would say better overall (edited)

If anyones wondering, Ive just been on the phone with Carphone Warehouse and sajidtg is right, ur phone needs to have some sort of value to trigger the extra £100, so u cant trade in a zero value phone, even though it may be working fine. (edited)

Maybe I'm being an idiot, but I cant seem to get £100 extra on trade in. Tried putting in an old s21 5g and only getting £100 as the trade in. Anyone else having the same issue?

This is store dependent. Got my missus an S23 Ultra before Xmas with the extra trade-in instore and the girl at my local branch was good as gold. Even let me sit and transfer data over from the old phone for 30 minutes.

Does anyone know what options there are if your phone doesn't appear in the trade in list? Have tried speaking to their phone support who don't seem to know, and there's no stores near me.

Have a Samsung A54 which is from last year, seems like either they don't accept it, or their list isn't updated with newer devices.

Anyone know after placing an order we are getting Trade-In confirmation email, which has link to claim promotion, but it is loading curry's promotion which has £125 for S24Ultra.
So am I doing it correct by selecting it for promo amount or I should select "My promo is not listed" option ?
Another question, if £125 Promo is correct one, then what we are going to get ? my phone P30 Pro valued as £38, so I will get (£38 + £100) OR (£38 + £125) OR Just £125 ? and is it worth trading P30 Pro for that price

This was a known issue, but with the new update they fixed the 'vivid' colour problem.

Go to your settings. Change it to vivid, you can also mess around with the white balance. See pic below. Hope it helps!

I got mine but I'm not gonna be trading in my phone since its not worth anything. Only found out u wont get the extra £100 for 'no value phones' after I already signed up for the deal.

You should get a small box with a small bubble envelope with return postage stickers inside. (edited)

I went for this at £39.99 a month with the cheaper upfront payment. Probably works out more after the mid contract price rise but I didn't want to splash out nearly £400 upfront.

Can anyone who has claimed the tablet tell me where they found the proof of purchase to upload? I can't find anything emailed to me that actually states the details of the phone etc.

You should have received invoice email from Edocuments@currys.co.uk, it will have your phone model and IMEI number, which is enough for proof.

About the extra £100 trade-in, should I see the extra £100 already in my basket, or is that something that gets approved later?

For example, if my S21 is worth £95, would I end up getting £195? Because the basket is only showing me trade-in value of £95

I think it gets approved later when they check ur phone out.

I still haven't received my trade in envelope yet (filled out the form twice now). Contacted customer services and they just said try submitting again with maybe a different address. Nothing else they could do. Bloody useless.
