I noticed the link was updated to a different set, so I emailed Zatu, who confirmed the stitch set being listed was an error.

So I'd advise everyone to email and ask for a refund. I paid through PayPal so I got mine back quickly.

I'm not suprised because the set number was wrong. Although I did have an email from them the other day saying they were still trying to get stock of stitch to send out! 🤷‍♀️

That seems to good to be true?! But amazing price if its right! I wonder why it says pre order. They do have the set number wrong, they have it as 43248 in the main title. I'm scared to buy it (but I did anyway!) (edited)

They’ve put it as a preorder but I think it’s on back order because even Lego have run out of stock.

Zatu are a reputable company, I’ve ordered from them many times with no issues

I ordered one at full price for delivery on release day which has passed, they never sent it emailed they said sorry supply issues basically I’ll get it when I get it. This is half the price of the one I ordered and they can’t for-fill that order so can’t see how they can sell them at half the price

I think they are holding a lot of money from lots of orders they know they will end up refunding so they have money in the bank, it’s like an interest free loan they say they can’t deliver until may we all wait they have the money it tides them over for a couple of months refunds get given and that’s the people that remember to claim the money back as they don’t tell you it’s not being delivered then they offer something else pre order at a great price again and people take the chance again. Thing is this items in stock every where else so why are they taking pre orders (edited)

Probably going bust and a blatant cash grab. If they can’t supply previous orders at full price (supply issues) there’s no hope at this price. Avoid.

As others have mentioned, this was a mistake as they had listed this with the set number and price of "Inside Out 2 Mood Cubes 43248". They have emailed buyers to explain, and said they can ship the stitch set if we pay the remaining balance, or the Inside Out set if we're happy to have it. If we don't reply by 11th Apr, they will cancel and refund the order. So, yeah, it was too good to be true, but no one got scammed.
