You have to maintain it too whatever washing machine. Too many people never air it. Use white vinegar for dry runs etc etc

Good deal. Wish I’d bought this instead of the Samsung one we recently bought that broke down within 12 weeks.

    Samsung are junk

My folks are after a 10kg+ machine with 5 year warranty which limits it to Haier, some LG, Samsung and Bosch. Particularly they want one with the “refresh” function any help? circa £400 ideally

This looks like it fits the bill?

Bosch is not what you think now! Quality is like hotpoint. Better get a candy these days

Not saying you're wrong as haven't kept up with washing machine brands, but this reminds me of the washing machine "engineer" my wife insisted we paid to come and inspect our faulty LG. Came for five minutes and told us to "go buy a Beko" on AO.com and charged us £20. Any particular model? Why are Beko's so cheap? No advice.

Ignored his advice, bought a different LG and have enjoyed a quality washing machine that has lasted for years.

With a washer you're paying for how clean it gets your stuff, how good the rinse is, noise etc. as well as how long it lasts.

Sad to hear that Bosch might have dipped, but is going bottom of the barrel wise? (edited)

    Looks like a good deal…..hot
for those considering LG take note I have one 3 yrs old with a 5 yr warranty,
It has just gone wrong and the lead time for an engineer is over 2 weeks!
    pretty poor

I dont think you can use that to buy one online and pay the warehouse price. Warehouse prices are always slightly cheaper as they dont have delivery costs etc.. I think you use that form when you've just bought something from Costco which has just gone on offer (avoids people returning the item for a refund and purchase it again)

Typical just when I’ve bought one last week then this appears

Is this the only deal on the internet? A quick google search will tell you that.

This or the LG 13kg one
    wendy07's avatar
I think the drum is small with Bosch even though it will take 10kg in weight
  11. Grey73's avatar
Think you forgot to add the vat?

    £329.99 excluding VAT.

    Made in Turkey.....Hmm...

    Budget Bosch?

It’s irrelevant where it’s made it’s the engineering which is important. Would you not but an iPhone because it’s made in china?

Had my series 6 washer dryer 2 years and suddenly stopped washing clothes. I had purchased a bosch warrenty and thank God I did. They have been very good sending engineers out and replacing parts but couldn't be repaired so they are refunding for it. I would avoid washer dryers defo. Can't think of any washing machine that doesn't break apart from. Meile.
    Grey73's avatar
Miele are always breaking down and repairs are extortionate.

    Warranty terms:

    Not covered:

"damage caused by the chemical or electrochemical effects of water"

So the drum spider rotting as they always do isn't covered... Not so good then.

I guess this one will be cheap pot metal spider as they all seem to come with these days apart from Miele. (edited)
    Grey73's avatar
How do you know what the spider is made from?

Is the ‘online shopping’ member ship for £15 the right choice for me, if I wanted to get this deal?

Im not close to one of their stores, never really looked into buying from them. But this is a fair deal

Thanks OP, My 6 year oldLG bearings have got really noisy this week and this seems to be the best offer around.

    Only £50 off for me
  18. ipmanwck's avatar
52580425-VIOzB.jpgOnly taking £50 off making it £429? I have standard membership at Costco?
    gherkingHUD's avatar
This is good to know, thanks.

I’ve also spotted it at Currys for £450 which might be easier. I don’t know about Costco’s return processes, I’m far from a warehouse
  19. Zesh_Amir's avatar
£50 off for me also... :/

Wonder where the add is from
    scoobeesnac's avatar
    In store maybe?
  21. ipmanwck's avatar
Calling at 930 to see if it's cheaper in store.
  22. scoobeesnac's avatar
costco.co.uk/offers "Online price may vary to warehouse price" - guess the warehouse price may not include delivery - answers on a postcard
    TM1233's avatar
Yes, its likely the price is for warehouse. Costco don't normally stock many large white goods in their warehouses so would be interesting if anyone picks one up. I need a new washing machine but looking at the LG one on another thread to come back into stock 13kg for a few quid more.
