£21.00 until 4th July 2024, then £24.00. 12 month minimum term. Terms apply.

NOW Broadband Super Fibre (63mbps) now cheaper by 2/month compared to the last deal on here. 12 month contract, 9.99 delivery charge and 0 setup fees. Also quidco/TCB available - rate for tcb is 70 for me, not sure about quidco since I stopped using them years ago, if someone can confirm it would be great

With TCB at 70, comes doewn to 16/month on average including the delivery fee. Doesn't seem too bad

Now that my vodafone 900mbps is coming to an end and they want to charge me like 72 quid for it (started at 29 2 years ago), I needed to get an alternative. While this will likely not match the speed of the fibre, works for me as I am looking to move houses later this year and I don't want to end up having to cancel a fibre deal in case it's not available in the new area. This seems cheap and cheerful, so decided to give it a go. I had NOW broadband before and it was fine, hopefully it works well for me this time as well!

Avoid NOW Broadband. It's almost impossible to get hold of a human when you need one.

    That's the bad side.
The good side is that you never need to communicate with them. At least based on my almost 6 years experience with them.

You will need to contact them every time they try to put the price up which will be at the end of the one year contract and probably mid contract. Their call centre used to be good until it was moved to the third world, now it’s a model of how not to run a call centre. (edited)

Strange my contract is up in June and then goes from £31 to £36 BUT if I contact them they will do a 12 month deal, same specs for £25, only get 11mbs but landline with Anytime calls, which is ok for me, as I say strange deal offered some £11 cheaper than if I don't contact them, will see what happens.

As far as I can see Tcb is £73.50, and the same for classic or plus membership, can someone confirm please, thanks (edited)

I’m on premium and got 73.50 as well, increased since weekend as it was 70 then

I take it Sky customers can't move to this as it's showing unavailable to me when I try?

I tried to move previously from Sky to Now via TCB Compare it accepted my order and then later was cancelled. You cannot use/keep the same landline number as they are the same company.

Quidco is only offering cashback when you also purchase a now tv pass btw
    bargane's avatar
Not if you go through Quidco Compare

any way to avoid the delivery fee?
    KodaBear's avatar
Nope. It's a charge that will be applied to all orders. Even if you already had your own compatible router you can't opt out of them sending one either.

Recently left Now after 2 years - would have still been with them but they hid a £20 per month price increase in the very, very small print of the ‘you’re out of contract soon’ email. My fault for not reading the small print, but it at least forced me to move elsewhere and grab some more cashback.
    The good points:
Never had to contact them in 2 years, connection was completely reliable.
Cashback paid out, but took about 9 months.

    The bad points:
The supplied router was rubbish - I bought one of the better rated Sky ones from eBay to replace it.
The underhand way of increasing the out of contract price.

If you do go with them, read everything very carefully!

FYI I have called them today to cancel (since my tcb didn't track and it seemed easier to cancel and reorder rather than file a claim with tcb etc). People complained about getting through to someone, maybe I was just lucky but the whole call to go through the options, get to speak to someon and process the cancellation took 3 minutes, for me it was impressively efficient especially after the comments above.

Reordered again and hopefully this time tcb tracks

edit: and tcb tracked already, yaay (edited)

Just watch they don't mix up the 2 orders!

Do they ask when you want it to start when applying? My current contract ends in exactly a month; should I apply now or leave it a week?

Yeah you can select the installation date when placing an order, not sure how far it goes since I picked a date 2 days before my current deal ends (towards end of this month) and didn’t check the next month slots, but you can definitely do that when ordering

You used to be able to get NOW Broadband 63Mbps for around £12-£13 after cashback.

Sadly it seems like we've come to the end of all the super-good broadband deals.

Mine was supposed to go live yesterday…nobody knows why it hasn’t. They said 72hrs, which will be another week now. Old bb still working though. Cs straight through and were as good as they could be. £76.50 tc pending.

How long did it take for you to be tracked? I have ordered today around the time of posting the deal and not tracked yet. Also I wonder if they do credit checks these days? When placing an order they didn’t ask for 3y of addresses, bank details or anything?

Had trouble with tracking on TCB hopefully works out in the end

Mine didn’t track either, I think I will cancel and reorder - I googled that now doesn’t do credit checks so this wouldn’t have any negative effect I believe, but of course if someone know better please correct me as so don’t want to give out wrong info 😁

Can't see the 73.50 anymore, but this is showing for New Customers:

Out of contract must be for existing Now customers signing up for a new contract I assume. So looks like £85 for new customers now. And this is on my classic membership (edited)

I already got one from the previous deal and it is to live today. Can't get this deal? This is coming under £15 for 73mbps.
  16. bargane's avatar
I was with them until 2020, and when I applied today, it aborted it as an existing customer, asking me to ring them instead!
So can't even get the £35.50 for out of contract customers if you have to phone up.

By the way, TCB Plus is now showing £105 c/b (edited)

    £105 upto

Avoid top cashback as they are very poor at paying out, I have three purchases going back yo November which they have dailed to honour
  18. bargane's avatar
Don't think you can generalise, these things can happen with Quidco as well
