I've been with them for a couple of years (at least) and never had a problem. I think they get a bad reputation for making the renewal cancellation process really awkward.

I purchased a 2 year plan yesterday. It was around £91, and top cash back gave back 69 percent or something and it tracked a few hours later at £61. So works out paid £15 per year.

Used nord for years. Last two year plan got cancelled 3 months in, because I downloaded videos from yt, and considered as Web scraping. No warning and genuinely I had no idea. Try to appeal with no lack. Never again long plans, specially with them.
