Directions for use

• Remove all packaging, including the plastic bone cover. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
• OVEN: Place lamb in a roasting tin, cover with lightly oiled aluminium foil and place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven (Electric 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5) for 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes.
• Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, no pink meat remains and the juices run clear. Do not reheat.
