Anybody knows if it's possible to permanently turn off fan lights?

There should be software to change the colour of the lights so you should be able to turn them off.

Depends if you need a monitor and peripherals.

But this deal has a faster CPU and a faster graphics card. (edited)

    The RTX4060TI is 20% to 30% faster:

    techspot.com/rev…60/

The other system has a better CPU. Also the H610 in this PC supports PCI-E 4.0 and the A520 in the other PC is limited to PCI-E 3.0 speeds. (edited)
