Download the free Caffè Nero app and enter your unique code into ‘Promo Codes’ via Settings.
Each month when you buy a drink you’ll unlock a voucher which will appear in the ‘Exclusive Treats’ section of the app homepage.
Redeem the voucher for a free drink next time you’re in store or send it to a friend.

So you have to purchase another drink in the app, and then they’ll give you a voucher for another free drink. Hope that helps (edited)
