Just got one of these this lunchtime, it's now in the air fryer, 150°c for 1hr 35min - 1hr 45min.
As when I googled it that's what it said to cook the Aunt Bessie's joint, to cook it from frozen in an air fryer. Will see in half an hour what it's like 🍗 (edited)

Haha, lovely and crispy on the outside, and lovely and moist on the inside, nice and tasty too. I took it out at 1hr 35 but next time I may cook for slightly shorter.
This is my first proper cook with my air fryer btw, so just getting to grips with it and experimenting

Am i the only one who likes the crackling more than the meat.

If you have an air fryer, pop the crackling in after the joint is cooked for 5 mins. It puffs up like a dream and turns into the best scratchings ever!

Speaking of Aldi, they overcharged me when I popped in for a few things on Saturday. £5+ overcharge on a less than £30 receipt! Messaged them and they said they’re very sorry, and would love to offer me a 49p gesture of goodwill voucher.

I was like… what? FORTY NINE PENCE?! Asked if it was a typo, but apparently not… shocking customer care!
