Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 256 GB 12 GB RAM in Fair condition from Back Market , sold by 4Gadgets which is a reputable seller. 30 day free returns if not happy. 1 year warranty.

There was a similar deal posted by Junglebug 5 days ago which had the price of £211.45. It's even cheaper now.

I bought from the last deal (fair condition) but can honestly say the phone itself is immaculate. Battery life seems good so far, but will know more in the coming days.

I can concur with the OP. my fair one was perfect too. Battery check confirms "good"

Just setting up mine I got from the previous deal and while there are a couple of marks on the frame the screen of my "fair" phone is perfect.

What's everyone's experience with back market?

Also when buying a refurbished phone, is the battery life poorer than buying a new phone? I ask because I normally stretch 4 years on a new phone and I don't want to spend £500+ on an S23 ULTRA to last 1-2 years and then the battery starts to die (edited)

My only experience of Backmarket is buying one of these S21 Ultras. It's cheaper to get another than have the screen replaced. So far so good, my fair phone is in great condition. Popped a fresh screen protector on it last night and a new case and you'd not tell it from new. Loads of comms from them as well, order received, it's on its way, tracking links, etc.

m, you expired my deal and posted it yourself, it did not expire but dropped in price. (edited)

Ooo good price. I wish it had a pop up front cam or one where the oled screen fills it in when not in use. I've always hated the in screen blob cameras and always get phones with a pop up/slide out front cam. Other than that this would be ideal for me as they stopped doing updates for my phone.

What phone are you using? The cutout won quite some time ago, who is doing popout cam? (edited)

    Worth upgrading from s20 plus 5g 128gb?
They offered me £24 trade in for my s20 plus working fine but has a small cracked on screen.?

Sell the phone separately on eBay. I got £70 for an S20 FE with fully smashed screen and dinks in the metal frame...

The main pitfall of buying used is the software support. The support for this particular one ends in 1 year and 10 months. After that it will get no Android or security updates. You can put a custom ROM on it but that's getting harder these days because then banking apps and other secure apps usually don't work and they often struggle to get certain hardware features properly supported.
A new midrange when on sale would last a lot longer, or go for a Pixel 7 refurb at around £250 which has 4 more years of upgrades promised.

Crazy good price if battery easily swappable. Unless you are so lucky, you will get depleted battery with this one. Otherwise great phone and it will get android 15.

There are lots of DIY videos on YouTube.
Replacement back glass is available for £6 on eBay, in case if you damage the ack glass during swap.
A battery and glue for another 20.

If you don't want to do all these yourself lovescreen is offering battery replacement for £40 including postage.
