Not sure how much different it makes at the end of the day, but probably worth bumping up to the higher storage if you can since it's not a great deal more. I got the 256GB version - seems perfectly snappy to me, but then I'm coming from a P20 Pro so not surprising. Only thing I'll say is battery life doesn't seem to great at the moment, but again, the P20 Pro was a champion for that so I'm guessing it's fairly standard for a smaller phone.
Appreciate the heads up on the trade-in, tablet etc. - an old P20 Pro from a drawer will do nicely, but they won't take any modern Sony phones in trade - weird.
Oddly, my contract explicitly states: "Other promotions: Includes a £100 Currys Giftcard", so we'll see what transpires when it arrives tomorrow.

Because it comes up as zero value, I can't get any extra. The terms and conditions say:
