sorted byKnow a few folks who bought this on launch, they were all struggling to get over 4h SOT from the get go. Going with the Exynos architecture was a big mistake, poor efficiency and the phone tends to run hot even with less intensive tasks. Going back to Snapdragon for the S23 line was a gamechanger, many report 9h SOT for the S23 and S23U.

Still, it's a flagship phone for budget money and the cameras are awesome. If you have access to a charger during the day and don't game much, you should be fine.

This phone would be amazing if it wasn't for the awful battery life and overheating issues. I work from home so it didn't bother me that much but if you're out and about it will struggle to last a whole day.
Spend a bit more on the S23 which is so much better (Snapdragon processor).
