Considering how close the device is to the outer lining of the box, "damaged box" is a bit worrying.

You have 30 days to return it if you don’t like it

I paid £100 more and got 4x the storage new and a watch. Don't think this is great

This looks a good deal. I already have a preorder day S24 Ultra 1TB that I paid 680 pounds for after trading in Pixel 7 Pro. And it came with a Galaxy watch.

Is there a massive difference between S23 ultra and s24 ultra?

In a nutshell no especially after the recent update to one UI 6.1 update for the S23 Ultra.
