Is one head for carpet and one for hard floors? If so, save yourself a load of time and just get a Shark. They're amazing. (edited)

I use the one head for all types - both work equally as well. As a vacuum this is no worse or better than others. It does a good job, but I won't pretend it is above all the others. Where this comes into it's own is the cleaning station. I love that you just set it on the station when you're finished (charges when you do) and at the push of a button it empties the vacuum. Does Shark have a similar model now? I've owned mine for a few years so I don't follow the developments

May have 5 year warranty but that they insist only covers the battery and nowhere are the actual warranty conditions available on the samsung website

I'm not sure about that. What I did read was that it doesn't cover any attachments like the head (which is BS since that is getting probably the most wear). But it should cover the main unit?
If anything i thought batteries would NOT be covered as a consumable item lol

For anyone else who has one of these or similar (I have one from Costco) - did you manage to find an actual flexible hose that isn't £50 (Samsung's own accessories kit)? And no, the included flex attachment won't do, I mean actual fully flex hose.
Would really benefit from one to use in the car...
