Absolute bargain. These 4 pack of German sausages usually retail over £6 a pack online!
I thought the 3 for £10 was a deal at FarmFoods.
Then went to £1.99 a pack, then 3 packs for £5…..Now 99 pennies for 4 of the finest hot dogs!
These are awesome!

Should get hotter than a jalapeño’s armpit!

On sale now at FarmFoods Pool Redruth - And yes….It will be a National deal

There Frozen. So as long as they're not defrosted and then refrozen, they should last past the stated use by date. The longer you keep it, the more freezer burn it will get, affecting the overall taste and texture. But they should still be perfectly safe to eat.

Which of the three are the best tasting?

I saw these and passed them by the other day thinking they were similar to our cr@p meat (American) style hot dogs till I saw comments on here.
So went back today and bought two pack of the 'authentic German bratwurst' ones.
I didn't know they were already pre cooked and can be eaten as they are, or heated up (after thawing out course).
Can they be cooked on a bbq, and if so, can they be cooked from frozen?? (edited)

I’ve tried a few different combinations and find the best way to BBQ is to let them naturally thaw out. Then boil for 5-8 minutes and then I sear off over direct heat. Bleddy ansum

I went to a German restaurant and get served 2 black dots on a plate. I said “Excuse me, I ordered an omelette”…

Thanks for the heads up. I have just picked one pack of each, bacon, cheese and plain. I think one was dated end of August and the other two the end of September. What I bargain, these are £4.75 a pack on offer from £6.35 on their website.

Very very salty. At 99p for a pack of four it's OK but I won't be buying again.

I was baulking at the price of hot dogs in Aldi today, £2.39 for 360 g of low quality meat that this thing is. Hopefully the deal is 70+ % meat? Pork? (edited)

Ah, the jalapeño’s armpit. A criminally underused part of them!

I found them salty, there again since my Bariatric surgery I find all processed meats salt.
Which stops me from eating the wrong stuff despite wanting to

Bought one each of the bacon and cheese ones.
Only tried the bacon so far but were delicious. Wish I'd stocked up more!

I’ve bought a pack of each! I’ve just read the cooking instructions and it says they can be grilled from frozen in ten minutes! Is that realistic? How have people been cooking them? Thanks in advance.

Tried them today under the grill from frozen. Bearing in mind these are already cooked, but they do need to defrost thoroughly while browning them. So I had them on a 3 to a 4 (of 5 grill settings) and set timer for 10 mins. No way were they ready.
I should have kept the timer on, but I reckon I had them there for 20mins at least, and then more as I like mine well browned. I then sliced them lengthwise in half to ensure insides were piping hot. These are quite long and thick, so left them halved and packed them into a sarnie
