Ordered this bike for £94 in June 2022. Was very impressed with the build quaility. Unfortunatly I had to return it as the pads to adjust the resistance were locked in tight and Sunny customer support couldn't help fix the issue. Othewise I would have kept it. Only downside was that there is no kind of led display for speed etc

If she comes with the bike then as many spins as needed

Not brilliant reviews. I'll pass on this one.

Understandably it's a different experience but I've always wondered if you'd be better off just getting a actual road or single-speed / FG bike and a cheap £20 static magnetic trainer which accepts rear wheels.

Yes it will eat through rear tyres (need to know a good local bike shop or a friend who is a roadie with a unlimited supply of burnt out GP5000s) but if you're using cheap ones or worn out it's still cost effective.

I only say this these items end up turning into clothes horses really quickly while a static trainer and a bicycle as easier to store and shift when you have to.

    Worth a thought anyway.

I'm not sure the logic on storage really holds up. If you've got room, and time, to store a bike and static trainer then you have more than enough to store an exercise bike. I also have doubts about how much use a £20 trainer is going to be for anyone. If you already have a bike you could use, or you want a bike to use elsewhere, then I can see a place for that kind of setup but not based on space required.

Get yourself a used one with magnetic resistance. I got a Keiser m3 for £150 used and it’s an absolute beast. It means you can use it with things like peloton if you find an online resistance conversion chart.
