The website is just as infuriating as the Next sale, everything I click on is out of stock despite filtering by size

Some of that stuff looks overpriced even at the sale price. No wonder it was sitting in their warehouse gathering dust for so long.

That spider floor lamp looks awful online. I suppose it might look better in real life but difficult to tell. (edited)

Customer service is the worst. Call centre in South Africa and you keep going around in circles. Worst company for communication.

Try submitting a message through the M&S customer service section of the website. I’ve been given a partial refund for both items. As I originally contacted them via Twitter and Live chat and was told to return and reorder them. But it can be done with the right person. Hope this helps

Total waste of time and something very fishy about the “sale” as I had a T-shirt and jogging bottoms in my basket waiting for the 70% off. Logged on this morning to find they had been removed not only from my basket but completely from the website. Something similar happened with all of the pocket squares too.

Stuff goes out of stock very quickly, lots of people wait for the M&S sale (many to bulk buy and resell online I believe.) Unlikely to be anything else fishy about it.

The 3 lions tie & pocket square are a bargain, I originally bought before Xmas at £25 &£15 then I saw them in the sale & took them back & bought online for £12.50 &£5.00 I had thoughts of returning them again, but thought I would just be greedy doing so
