Anyone know if these are decent quality? I was going to get the Toolstation equivalent, but the reviews suggested they weren't well made.

Had one for two years, used daily. Ok so far. No leaks or maintenance issues

They have done two of these in the past...
The first had one height adjustable wall mount and one fixed.
The second had both wall mounts height adjustable.

I had to take the first back as it wouldn't line up with what I was trying to replace.

Guessing this is a no for electric showers?

Yeah you can connect to electric shower mate. Just need to add on a omniblock.

Not voting either way but this isn't going to last long and if you get two years out of it, then you'll be lucky. It will collapse sooner or later because of the cheap plastic component parts that make up the fittings.

Anyway, I've never understood what these dribbly riser sets want to achieve other than trying to fix a problem that isn't there.

Life's far easier with a quality thermostatic mixer tap, solid metal riser and a decent shower head. (edited)

Did this for an over the bath shower about 10 years ago and it's worked great ever since.

Just used standard 15mm chrome/copper tubing and a cheapish Aldi wall-mounted overhead shower tube.

I struggled to find separate 'designer' tube stand offs and compression fittings for mixer and overhead tube at the time, so used standard chrome conex fittings and stand-offs which although not pretty, have been functional (a bit like the wife ).

Have updated the shower head a couple of times bit other than that, no issues since.

Gonna add a hand-shower and diverter soon, so would like to change the compression fittings and stand-offs for something nicer looking, but does anyone know of anything like that?

Connected mine to the electric shower. The button to switch between the different heads is garbage. It keeps flicking back to the smaller head when I put it on the bigger waterfall head.

Mine did this at first. I found that by holding it for 2 seconds it built enough pressure to then stay on the bigger head. Don't often use the small head so I've been happy with it

We've got an Aldi version of this, think it was about £20 and it's great. Been in daily use for more than 5 years and still works fine - it is connected to a standard electric shower in place of the original single head. It has a small tap rather than buttons to select between the two heads.

For anyone who was able to get one from the most recent period, could you help with this please:
Are the two posts for mounting to the wall both adjustable?
If they're both fixed, what's the distance between them please?
