There is a new offer for signing up to MyMcDonald's Rewards (new account/email etc) that you can get free medium fries usually £1.49 and 1000 bonus points on your first order, 1p min spend applies to redeem the offer. For example, a dip is 10p so could use that to redeem the free medium fries. Runs until 16th August.

Once you signup for McDonald's rewards (download app and opt into rewards) the offer shows in Rewards & Offers. If it doesn't show straight away log out and back in your account and ensure geo location services is switched on, this worked when I tested.

Possibly the worst fries from any takeaway. They've got worse over the years. Some menu items still fantastic but have always disliked these potatoless 🍟

Title could be clearer - makes it sound like you get the free fries simply by signing up, whereas description and screenshot seem to indicate you need to place an order first. Nice little bonus though .

McDonald’s are taking the mick with their prices now just like fuel retailers are . Don’t go there hardly at all now and I feel better for it and yea their app is utter rubbish so don’t miss that.

McPlant, Quarter Pounder or 6 chicken nuggets, medium fries and a tea for £2.98 isn't too bad.

I do like the occasional Double sausage McMuffin for £1.99 plus 99p tea or latte when I've got 1500 redeem

I do miss McDonald's USA - you get a massive iced coffee (deselect sugar/syrup) for $2

Do the food for thoughts survey code at the top of the receipt, you get a voucher for filet & chips £1.99. Then you do the same again with that receipt

The price should be 10p instead of 1p if that is the cheapest item on the menu and there is a minimum spend. (edited)

Ordered two big tasty meals with milkshakes and nuggets on a hangover. Took them an hour and half to send the wrong order two McChicken sandwiches, an orange juice, small fries and a hamburger with no sauce or onion. First and last time using the app. Sad day

Mcdonalds is horrible. Too many customers and food is not prepared properly. Once had stomach problems, never again. Prefer Burger King.
