sorted byThe night/sun image on the front (not part of this mini player listed) helps train them to stay in bed when it’s not time to get up - bang on 7am everyday my daughter leaves her room now (obviously child dependent).
Every night she has a card before bed and it’s part of her sleep routine.
We use it on long journeys for her to listen to. Or if we stay somewhere else we bring it along to help her settle.

Couldn't live without our two now that we have them. So easy for the kids to just pop a card in. You can limit and control everything from your parent phone app.
Highly recommend the koko sleep podcasts in the app as well for those dozey bedtime stories once the lights are off. Works a charm for us
