    Just to add that I was able to pay for the discounted gift card using a Sainsbury's e-gift card. I would suggest going through self-checkouts though.
    Therefore, you could get an "You Choose All Access Digital VAR UK" gift card via Topgiftcards on Topcashback and get 5.85% cashback that way, and redeem it for a Sainsbury's gift card, if you are into this sort of things. (edited)

    When using the self service check out how do you load the dining out card? Does it give you an option on screen if you scan it?

    Worked perfectly today, thanks!
    Self scan is easiest if you want to make extra sure its working - scan card, enter amount want - then press pay, it will then show the amount with the money off.
    Then just go back and scan everything else you might have.

    Just been into Sainsbury’s to get 1, there’s absolutely no advertisement on this promotion that I saw but tried it at self checkout and added 20% off when went through to the payment part

    If you buy a £100 gift card you will pay £80 at the till,or a £25 gift card will cost you £20 at the till

    Miller & Cartwer was pants the last two times we've been,. Lunch menu was a joke and the ribeye was bad. I got a better one from Aldi! Definitely gone downhill since covid

    Ive only been once last year but wasnt impressed. Steak was alright but i've had better at home. The half a lettuce before the steak just annoyed me too, like they've gotta do something random to justify the price.

    Sainsbury's Darlington there was no signs up on Friday,I asked members of staff and customer service,noone knew,they had to do a till check to find out

    Great I've bought £200 worth of Dining Out gift cards which should cover the next year, wasn't even advertised in store however discount came off at the checkout.

    Stacks well with the 40/50% vouchers that Harvester, Toby Carvery and Stonehouse do regularly.

    Just a suggestion, both cards are valid at Miller & Carter and all the others.

    Save the hassle of awkward glares and questioning when you use the m&c card at other bars etc and just get the dining out card with all those names printed on the front.
